Great-grandmother Teresa bought a house at Castagnole Monferrato in 1921, the seat of the first Ferraris winery.

Luca Ferraris built the estate into a leading Ruche' producer on the international market.

In 2016 he acquired the Vigna del Parroco, the historic Ruche del Parroco patch and the only recognized Ruche' cru.
