History
Domenico Clerico set up on his own at Monforte d'Alba in 1978 and soon secured plots in the Ginestra cru, from which came his Barolo Ciabot Mentin and Pajana.
After Domenico died in 2017 his wife Giuliana, sister Laura and their nephews carried the estate on, today about twenty-two hectares for some hundred thousand bottles.
