History

Paolo Ghislandi founded Cascina I Carpini at Pozzol Groppo in the Colli Tortonesi some twenty years ago, in virgin land, and made a name reviving Timorasso.

From about ten hectares of their own they make natural wines by spontaneous fermentation, above all the Timorasso Rugiada del Mattino and Timox.
