History

Ada Nada was established in 1919 by Carlo Nada in the Rombone area of Treiso, within the Barbaresco appellation. The family's presence carried through Carlo's son Giovanni and grandson Gian Carlo, whose wife Ada gave the estate its name.

Since 2001 Anna Lisa Nada and her husband Elvio Cazzaro, parents of three daughters, have run the estate.

It has grown from three to nine hectares, all in Treiso and chiefly in the Valeirano and Rombone crus, producing around 45,000 bottles a year, half of it Barbaresco.
