History
Rodolfo Gianserra, nicknamed 'Dr. Tintilia', founded Vinica in 2008 on returning to his native Molise, buying 220 hectares of hills at Ripalimosani.
The first vineyards were planted in 2009 and the first vintage was 2011; the estate is farmed organically as a natural-wine project.
Tintilia is the estate's central variety, alongside Sauvignon, Riesling and Merlot.
