Fattoria di Vaira is the largest farm in Molise, worked entirely by biodynamic method and certified Demeter, at Petacciato near the Adriatic.
Its roots go back to the early 1900s, when the Cavalier Di Vaira taught farming to war orphans; today it makes wine, oil, cheese and grain across mixed crops and pasture.
