Vines have grown at San Biase since the time of its baron in the 1600s; the Giagnacovo family, who chose viticulture over a century ago, replanted the native grapes here.
At 820 meters it works above all the Tintilia, the emblematic red of Molise, in wines such as the Nerovignale.
