History
The Moroder family came from Val Gardena in the mid-1700s; the winery was founded in 1837.
From the early 1980s Alessandro and Serenella Moroder put fine wine at the centre of the estate and were among the first to make Rosso Conero from pure Montepulciano rather than blending with Sangiovese.
The 1988 vintage of the Conero Riserva 'Dorico' became the first Marche wine to win Gambero Rosso's Tre Bicchieri.
Certified organic since 2010.
