History

Gagliardi, founded in the 1950s by Gino Gagliardi on the hills of Matelica and now run by his children Umberto and Lara, is a landmark of Verdicchio di Matelica.

It was among the first to bottle the wine, in 1967, and a champion of the inland Verdicchio.
