History
The story began with Piero Meschini, a vineyard manager for a Piedmont estate in the 1960s; at the start of the 2000s his sons Giovanni and Pierluigi turned the family farm into a winery, founded in 2003.
Colmone della Marca is one of the leading makers of I Terreni di Sanseverino, one of Italy's smallest DOCs, built on the local Vernaccia Nera, from the still 'Moro' to the sparkling red 'Ciarliero'.
