The Leopardi family, counts since the 1200s, added the Dittajuti name in 1864 with an inherited estate; in the last thirty years Piervittorio Leopardi Dittajuti rebuilt the winery.

On the seaward slope of Monte Conero it makes the Rosso Conero and the Conero DOCG Riserva, such as Pigmento.
