History

Early in the 1900s the brothers Luigi and Guido Achilli founded a farm at Santa Maria della Versa; it took the name Manuelina from a granddaughter of the family.

In the Valle Versa it makes the Oltrepo Pavese, above all from Pinot Nero and the native reds.
