History
The Folini family's winegrowing began with a grandmother tending 4,000 square metres of vines on the Dos Bel slope; her son later expanded the holdings, and in 2008 father Renato Folini formalized the family's return to full-time viticulture as an estate.
Since 2016 the winery has been run by his son Francesco, who vinifies the family's terraced Nebbiolo parcels in Chiuro and ages the wines in a cellar in the town's medieval center, alongside an agriturismo and educational farm.
