History
Castello Bonomi sits at the foot of Monte Orfano at Coccaglio, its terraced vineyards developed since 1915 and crowned by a Liberty-style villa designed at the end of the 19th century by the architect Antonio Tagliaferri — the only château in Franciacorta.
As a Franciacorta winery it was founded in 1985, drawing on 32 hectares of terraced, limestone-rich, south-facing vineyards rising to 275 metres.
Its wines — CruPerdu, the Rosé, the Dosaggio Zero and the Lucrezia Etichetta Nera Riserva — rank among Franciacorta's best.
