History
In the 1990s Marco Blancardi, originally from Bordighera, restored an abandoned family house on terraces at 450 meters in the Trume locality of Perinaldo, clearing land, rebuilding dry stone walls and planting aromatic herbs including the rosemary that gives the estate its name.
He planted 1.2 hectares of vines in 2001 under biodynamic principles; from 2010 his wife Francesca, whom he met on a biodynamic viticulture course taught by Nicolas Joly, joined the project, and in 2009 the estate added the old 'Pinella' vineyard in San Biagio della Cima for its rare Posau bottling.
