Ettore and Natalina Vio planted vines and olives at Vendone in the 1970s, and their son Claudio now runs the tiny estate with his wife Maria Grazia.

A scattered patchwork of terraces adds up to about two organic hectares, making a few hundred cases of Pigato a year.
