History
Progetto Sete was founded in 2013 by Emiliano Giorgi, Arcangelo Galuppi and Martina D'Alessio as an agricultural and cultural project to map and rescue old, abandoned vineyards in the Amaseno river valley near Priverno.
The project works native, often-forgotten local varieties such as Ottonese, Cesanese, Moscato Bianco, Nero Buono and Bonamico into a range of natural wines, including an amber Ottonese made with extended skin contact.
