Andrea and Francesca Tranquilli, with their mother Marina Ugolini, founded Le Cerquette at Olevano Romano in 2010 and began bottling from their own cellar in 2017, farming organically.

From about three hectares of Cesanese they make the Cesanese di Olevano Romano Waco and the white Chiome.
