History

L'Olivella was founded in 1986 by the Puglia viticulturist Umberto Notarnicola and the Piedmontese wine expert Bruno Violo, both drawn to the Latium landscape.

The estate makes Frascati alongside IGT reds and whites, a Charmat sparkler and a passito, plus olive oil.

Its 'Racemo' Frascati Superiore is its flagship.
