Compagnia di Ermes was founded in 2003 at Olevano Romano by three friends set on reviving the native Cesanese, recovering old conocchia-trained vineyards.

It is led today by Silvestro Ciolli and Mariano Mampieri, making the Cesanese di Olevano Romano and its Riserva.
