The family has grown vines in Novali di Cormons since the early 1900s, when great-grandfather Edoardo Toros turned a cattle stable into a cellar.

The estate passed down through the generations in the heart of the Collio Goriziano.

Franco Toros, the current owner, is known for concentrated, age-worthy Collio whites, especially Pinot Bianco.
