The Moschioni family has been in the Cividale area since the 16th century and bought 13 hectares of Colli Orientali hills in 1953.

In 1989 Michele Moschioni chose to focus on reds from native Refosco, Tazzelenghe and Pignolo, unusual in this white-wine land.
