History
Borgo Conventi was founded in 1975 by Gianni Vescovo with the aim of producing refined, elegant white wines; the estate takes its name from a mid-1600s land donation by Count Rizzardo of Strassoldo to Dominican friars, who built a convent on the site.
On April 1, 2019 the estate was acquired by the Moretti Polegato family of Villa Sandi (Treviso), who now guide the property's two vineyard holdings spanning the Isonzo and Collio denominations.
