History

The Costa family began restoring old vineyards at Modigliana in the early 2000s and uncovered a Sangiovese vineyard planted in 1922, hidden in the brambles.

Farmed organically on the Tuscan-Romagnol Apennine ridge, it makes the Modigliana Sangiovese, including the Gemme and Vigna 1922.
