Azienda Agricola Manicardi was founded in 1980 by Enzo Manicardi on the Castelvetro hills, blending traditional farming with modern winemaking.
The estate specialises in Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro and also produces Aceto Balsamico di Modena.
