History
Federico Aldrovandi began his winemaking story in 2001 with one hectare of vineyard at Montebudello, a small corner of the Colli Bolognesi.
His goal was two wines that honored the land with clarity, a Pignoletto and a Merlot under the Alto Vanto name.
