History
Nine growers founded Caviro at Faenza in 1966; it has become the largest winery of Italy, working roughly a tenth of the national crop and exporting to over ninety countries.
Its best-known label is the Tavernello table wine, launched in 1983, alongside a range of Romagna and other Italian wines.
