History
In 1970 Vittorio Masini, an agriculture teacher, planted the first vines with disappearing native varieties on the family's walnut-grove estate.
In 1993 his sons Giovanni (oenologist) and Alberto (architect) founded Ca' de Noci, one of Italian natural wine's key names.
They champion the bottle-refermented sparkling wines of Emilia, above all from Spergola.
