History
Al di la del Fiume is a biodynamic Demeter-certified farm at Marzabotto, in the Apennine foothills of the Colli Bolognesi, started by Danila and Gabriele when they planted vines in 2006.
The only amphora-fermenting biodynamic estate in the area, it works native grapes with no added yeast or sulfur, bottling as Emilia IGT.
