History
The Tramontana family has made wine at Gallico, near Reggio Calabria, since 1890, when the patriarch Antonino began the business.
Its white and red IGT wines take their names from the native zones of the far south, Costa Viola, Pellaro and Palizzi; the estate keeps a wine museum, the Casale 1890, among its vineyards.
