History

Federico Bilotti founded Serragiumenta at Altomonte in 1947; his granddaughter Rita, a landscape architect, runs it today, planting native vines from 2004 with an Etna enologist.

From about fifty-five hectares they make red and white wines of the Terre di Cosenza, alongside black-pig salumi, cheeses and organic oil.
