History
The masseria at Saracena was completed in 1727 by the Falvo, a noble family of Cosenza, and handed down for generations.
In 2001 Ermanno and Pier Giorgio Falvo planted vineyards and began making their own white, red and rosé, preserving the estate's native varieties.
