History
The Ippolito family long grew grapes at Cirò Marina; Giovanni Ippolito helped write the Cirò DOC disciplinare with Biondi Santi in the 1960s.
In 2007 Giuseppe Ippolito stopped selling grapes to his cousins and started his own small label, Du Cropio.
Three organic reds are made: Serra Sanguigna, Dom Giuvà and Damis.
