History
The Calabretta family have grown vines for four generations and made wine since the 1970s.
After studying oenology in Milan and working elsewhere from 2000-2008, Cataldo established the modern estate with his sisters Maria and Michela in 2008, restructuring the old cellar; his first signature Cirò Rosso appeared in 2012.
Wines are made naturally: hand-harvest, wild ferments and ageing in concrete.
