History
The Cifarelli family have grown wine grapes at Montescaglioso since 1938; in 2011 the agronomist Vito Cifarelli began bottling under his own label.
On thirty hectares of the San Vito estate he makes a small production of the Matera DOC, from Aglianico, Primitivo and Greco.
