History

Al Giardino del Principe, based at Contrada Giardino in Grumento Nova, is the current legal form of the historic Ditrani family farm from Moliterno, run today by Giovanni and Teresa Ditrani.

Its Don Peppe label honors Giuseppe Ditrani, credited with preserving old vineyard genetic material for the Alta Val d'Agri, and is bottled as a Terre dell'Alta Val d'Agri DOC red from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and local varieties.
