History
Torri Cantine is a Teramo-province winery working old, naturally farmed pergola vineyards between Colonnella and Controguerra, an area that became part of the Colline Teramane Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOCG when the zone earned DOCG status in 2003.
The estate built its reputation on organically farmed Montepulciano, releasing labels such as Turàn from fully de-stemmed, hand-harvested grapes that ferment in temperature-controlled steel before aging over two years in large barrels.
