History
Cantina Rapino was founded at Francavilla al Mare in 1972 by Rocco Rapino, after a hailstorm wiped out a crop of grapes destined for export and pushed the family to turn the harvest into wine of their own.
Now in its third generation with Emilio, the small estate farms around seven hectares organically, with views of the Majella and the Adriatic, making about fifteen thousand bottles a year of Montepulciano, Trebbiano, Pecorino and Passerina.
