Also known as Vespaiolo.

A Veneto white of Breganze, made dry and as the sweet Torcolato.

The varietal base (minimum 85%) of Breganze DOC's "Vespaiolo" (also "superiore" and spumante) typologies — the disciplinare uses the masculine form "Vespaiolo" for the wine name — and of Breganze Torcolato, made by drying selected Vespaiola grapes to a minimum 14% natural potential alcohol before pressing.
