Ripoli

Ripoli is a rare white grape native to the Amalfi Coast, grown in the Tramonti area and among the near-endemic varieties of the Costiera's terraced, often ungrafted vineyards.

Ripoli is used together with Pepella, Fenile and Ginestra in the Tramonti sub-zone white of the Costa d'Amalfi DOC. Independent varietal data is very scarce, so its measured characteristics are left unrecorded here rather than estimated.
