Bian Ver

An autochthonous white grape of the Pinerolese area (the Piedmontese name translates roughly as "white green"). Main grape of the monovarietal "Pinerolese" Bian Ver typology, introduced by the 2024 disciplinare update (DM 19.04.2024) — before that it had no dedicated typology under the DOC.
