Becuet

A historic autochthonous grape of the Susa Valley. Member of Valsusa DOC's red ampelographic base since the original disciplinare, and since the 2019 modification (DM 07.08.2019) also the main grape of its own monovarietal typology, "Valsusa" Becuet (at least 85%). Also cited in the neighbouring Pinerolese DOC's disciplinare as a component of the "Ramie" typology.
