Baratuciat

An autochthonous white grape of the Susa Valley — the only white variety associated with Valsusa DOC, whose red blend is otherwise built entirely from black-berried varieties. Since the 2019 disciplinare modification (DM 07.08.2019) it is the main grape (at least 85%) of "Valsusa" Baratuciat, the denomination's sole white typology.
